Each year, Project, Inc. holds fundraising events in order to continue our mission of serving St. Louis area adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

With the generous help of our corporate and individual donors, Project, Inc. continues to help transform the lives of deserving individuals through dignified employment.

Fundraising events require dedicated and interested community members who share our mission of transforming lives. In 2016, we successfully held two fundraising events:

  • “Rock the House” was held in April at the Old Rock House in downtown St. Louis with Spontaneous Nugent, Reggie & The Hip Hop Mamas, an Epic Lip Sync Battle, dining, and dancing. The band and all performers donated their time and talent to helping Project, Inc. throw this party for our donors to kick back, relax, dance, and donated to Project’s long-term mission.
  • “Patriot Day Trivia Night” was held in early September at the Kirkwood Community Center in Kirkwood, Missouri, with a local Trivia Master providing challenging and fun questions, table decoration and costume contests, and many generous donors providing Silent Auction baskets and other items. Games were played between each sponsored round, and snacks and beverages were donated by corporate sponsors for the 340 contestants.
To date in 2017 – only a week prior to our 59th anniversary – Project, Inc. has held the following fundraising event:

  • “Rock the House” was held in early April at The Palladium Saint Louis just south of downtown with Spontaneous Nugent, Reggie & The Hip Hop Mamas, an Epic Lip Sync Battle, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and fun dancing. Almost 400 supporters of Project, Inc. and their guests attended. The venue, band, and all performers graciously donated time and talent to helping Project, Inc. throw this party so that our corporate sponsors and individual donors could kick back, relax, dance, and donate to Project’s long-term mission.

Upcoming Events

An additional fundraising Fall 2017 event is planned. A venue is being sought and theme is being developed that will reflect the colorful history and background of our great City of St. Louis and provide fun for all of our much appreciated donors.

In 2018, Project, Inc. will celebrate our 60th Anniversary! Planning is already underway for this gala event regarding an early April date and a venue. If you know of or own a venue that can accommodate up to 600 guests with a dance floor, food, and beverages, Alisa Goessling would appreciate hearing from you! Please contact Alisa at 314-647-3300.

Project, Inc. is honored to be associated with our generous and visionary sponsors and donors. Together we can transform lives!
